As a Production Operator, you play an important role in the production process. On a daily basis, you are responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring production machines. You perform regular quality checks and take action in case of deviations or technical issues. No two days are the same in this dynamic production environment.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Operating, setting up, and monitoring production machines
• Dosing and mixing raw materials as part of the production process
• Performing quality checks to ensure product standards are met
• Resolving minor technical malfunctions
• Recording and maintaining production data and administration
• Changing over production lines between different product runs

As a Production Operator, you work closely with a team of motivated and enthusiastic colleagues. Together, you ensure a smooth and efficient production process and contribute to delivering high-quality food products.

• Minimum MBO level of education or equivalent working and thinking level
• Experience in (food) production is required
• Basic technical affinity, especially regarding machine setup and changeovers
• Accurate and quality-conscious working attitude
• Team player with good command of either Dutch or English
• Physically fit, as the role involves manual and active work
• Flexible attitude, including willingness to work in a two-shift system (05:00–14:00 and 14:00–23:00)

• A full-time position for a longer period with the prospect of a permanent contract
• A base salary between €3,120 and €3,525 gross per month, depending on experience (including shift allowance)
• Working hours from Monday to Friday in a two-shift system:
  • 05:00 – 14:00
  • 14:00 – 23:00
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per km, with no maximum travel distance
