As an operator, you play an important role in keeping the production process running smoothly and efficiently. You work on different production lines and will be trained to operate various machines, including the milling, gluing, and sawing lines.
Your main responsibilities include setting up and operating production equipment, monitoring the production process, and making adjustments when needed. You regularly check the quality of products and ensure that production targets and safety standards are met.
