Packaging consists of various materials that are processed using appropriate machines. Each role in the sawmill requires specific skills, and you will work independently.

Your tasks:

• Setting up and operating woodworking machines
• Precision sawing according to technical drawings
• Manual assembly and stacking of products
• Assembling and packaging packaging and insulation elements
• Quality control and sorting

• Able to communicate in English B1/B2 level
• Approximately 3+ years of work experience in a production environment
• Available for working 2 shifts
• Driving license (car) is preferred
• Soft skills that match with the company culture: team player, proactive, and motivated
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

Employment terms:

• Starters salary of €14,71+ €2,61 (18% shift bonus for every worked hour) = €17,32
• Resulting in a salary approximately between €500 and €550 netto per week based on a 40 hour working-week;
• A contract based on 40-hours with long-term intentions;
• Possibility for working extra hours for extra income;
• Salary payments in accordance with Dutch laws and regulations.
• Building up your pension from the first day of work;
• You accumulate 20 vacation days with a full year of full-time work;
• 8,33% holiday allowance per year - paid in May;
• Health insurance;

Housing & transport

• Clean, safe and certified housing is arranged for you via Maintec;
• In our housing you have privacy with your own private room and personal space;
• Close to work and basic necessities (shops, public transport);
• Transport to- and from work is arranged by Maintec;
