FunctieomschrijvingThe brand-new McCain Appetizers factory in Rilland (Zeeland) is looking for driven line operators in training who want to contribute to the creation of delicious vegetarian snacks following work instructions. You can progress to a line operator through an internal training program (of 6 – 12 months). If you already have experience, you can also start directly as a line operator. WHAT YOU WILL DO
Your workday starts with a nice cup of coffee, catching up with colleagues, and then getting to work. As a line operator, you are versatile, and every workday looks different.
Your responsibilities include:
- You enjoy working with machines and set them up for, for example, the mixing process.
- You ensure that the right stocks are next to your machines in time to meet the targets and prevent downtime.
- You independently resolve minor malfunctions or call in help from the mechanics.
- Then, you end your workday satisfied. Thanks to your effort, a beautiful product has been made that meets all quality standards!
WORK HOURS
You will work in a 3-shift system from Monday to Saturday morning, 8 hours a day, with working hours from 6:00 to 14:00, 14:00 to 22:00, and 22:00 to 6:00.

You will work in the brand new factory in Rilland (Zeeland). At McCain Appetizers, they offer an energetic, no-nonsense workplace with friendly colleagues, clear communication, and a strong focus. The goal is to make high-quality, deep-frozen breaded vegetable snacks and cheese snacks that are available in supermarkets, restaurants, and fast-food chains worldwide. This includes breaded mushrooms, cheese snacks, and fried broccoli or cauliflower.

WHAT DO WE OFFER?
- Starting salary of €15.36 (including holiday pay, excluding shift differentials).
- Shift differential! 33% between 18:00 & 00:00 / 35% between 00:00 & 06:00.
