We are looking for operators for various clients in the Venlo region. Through this vacancy, we will work together to determine which working environment and position suit you best, so that you can make optimal use of your talents.

Working hours
In this position, you may work day shifts, depending on the company. Shift work is also possible with some employers.

Functieomschrijving
Do you already have experience in an operator role, for example through an internship or previous job? Then this is your chance to grow! Through Manpower, you will work as a part-time or full-time operator for one of our clients in the Venlo region. In this role, you are the hub of the production process: you operate machines, monitor processes, and keep everything well organized with the associated administrative tasks. The exact work depends on which employer you will be working for, but during a working day you may be involved in:

• Operating and monitoring machines and production processes
• Monitoring quality and safety in the production environment
• Performing first-line inspections and resolving minor malfunctions
• Recording production data and maintaining clear production and maintenance administration

Functie-eisen

• Minimum MBO working and thinking level, preferably in engineering, production, or logistics
• VAPRO A and B certification is a major advantage
• Experience in a production or operator role is an advantage
• Good command of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written, for understanding work instructions
• Availability of at least 32 hours per week
• Accurate, responsible, and team-oriented working attitude
