Working hours
The working hours in this full-time position are Monday to Friday in two shifts: morning shift until 14:00 and evening shift until 22:30 (Friday until 19:30).

As a (Trainee) Operator, your responsibilities include:
Operating, setting up, and adjusting coating and production machines
Monitoring the full production process from base fabric to finished technical textiles
Checking quality, color, coating thickness, and product specifications
Identifying and resolving minor technical issues
Collaborating with colleagues to ensure a smooth and safe production process
