We are currently seeking all-round operators for Zwanenberg Food Group in Oss. A new production line is being initiated at Zwanenberg, and we are in need of operators to establish this line and manage the associated processes.

On-site, you'll discover a pleasant cafeteria where you can sample many of the products manufactured by Zwanenberg. Additionally, the company is conveniently located within driving distance of Nijmegen, Den Bosch, Tilburg, Eindhoven, and Helmond, and we will ensure there is ample parking available for you.
Your day:
· You operate, control and monitor machinery
· You optimize efficiency and product quality
· You solve minor malfunctions
· You maintain safety and clean manufacturing environment
You work in a 3-shift schedule:
· From 06:45 to 15:00
· From 14:45 to 23:00 and
· From 22:45 to 07:00
The workweek starts on Sunday in the late shift. You’ll receive a 20% shift allowance.

Zwanenberg Food Group in Oss is a prominent European producer and exporter of deli meats, meat preserves, snacks, soups, and various other products. In early 2018, Zwanenberg acquired the production facilities in Oss from Unilever. Currently, the Oss site operates with 8 distinct production lines but is undergoing expansion, and we are seeking your participation to join the 300 colleagues in Oss!
Wat vragen wij?
· You have a degree at a (Dutch) mbo 3-level or higher;
· You have production operator experience, preferably in the food industry;
· You are interested in engineering, proactive and solution-oriented;
· You are available in 3-shifts
What can you expect?
· A permanent position at Zwanenberg
· A gross salary between €2520 en €2940 per month (depending on knowledge and experience)
· A 31,5% shift allowance (between 18.00 - 6.00)
· Travel allowance of €0,22 per KM
· 28 days off
· A year-end bonus
