Are you looking for a varied role in the food industry and do you enjoy working in a dynamic production environment? For a modern bakery in Sevenum, we are looking for an Operator Packaging Department – Pastry.
Every day, the most delicious flans and pastry products are produced here for major supermarkets throughout the Netherlands. As an Operator in the packaging department, you ensure that all products are correctly packed, labeled, and prepared for shipment. Thanks to your efforts, the packaging process runs smoothly and customers can enjoy perfectly packaged quality products.

What do we offer?

• Gross hourly wage between €17.00 and €21.00
• Day shifts from 08:00 to 16:00
• Work one Saturday and two Sundays every four weeks
• Weekend allowance of 134% on Saturdays and 200% on Sundays
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer

What will you do?

• Prepare packaging materials and boxes for the production line
• Set up and operate labeling and packaging machines
• Monitor the packaging process and ensure correct product packaging
• Detect and resolve minor machine malfunctions
• Check labels and packaging for quality and accuracy
• Work together with colleagues to meet production targets
• Clean machines, work areas, and production lines
• Prepare pallets for transport to distribution centers and supermarkets

What do we ask from you?

• MBO working and thinking level (level 4 is a plus)
• Experience in a production or packaging environment is an advantage
• Experience with food packaging is a plus
• Knowledge of HACCP and food safety is beneficial
• Good command of Dutch, English, or German
• Accurate and quality-focused work attitude
• Team player who enjoys working with colleagues
• Flexibility during busy periods such as holidays and promotions
