FunctieomschrijvingAs a Punching Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, converting, and operating the punching machine that creates the holes (punchings) in the support bars. These punchings are essential for the proper assembly and welding of the grilles. Your work directly impacts the quality and efficiency of production.
Responsibilities:
- Setting up the machine: Adjusting the correct punching sequence, depth, and position of the holes based on the work order or technical drawings.
- Machine conversion: Changing tools during product swaps or when handling different material sizes.
- Quality control: Checking the dimensions, shape, and position of the punchings according to specifications. Identifying and correcting deviations as needed.
- Record-keeping: Maintaining production records and reporting any anomalies or deviations during the production process.
- Working safely: Adhering to safety instructions and maintaining a clean and safe work environment for yourself and your colleagues.
Functie-eisen- MBO level of thinking
- Vapro B or experience as operator
- Technical person
- You speak Dutch or English
Arbeidsvoorwaarden- Salary between €16,00 and €17.50 per hour including shift allowance for all hours worked (114%)
- Working in 2 shifts
- Position for 4 months, possibly longer
- You can get work shoes from Covebo if you don't have them.
- Weekly wage payment as long as you work through Covebo plus 25 vacation days per year and 8.33% vacation pay;
