As an operator you make sure the production process runs smoothly. You set up machines, monitor quality and keep an overview of the process. Your top 3 tasks are:

• Setting up machines;
• Performing quality checks;
• Solving malfunctions and monitoring the process.

You work accurately, think ahead and stay calm under pressure. You also bring:

• Experience in production or as an operator;
• Technical insight;
• Willingness to grow;
• Availability to work on saturdays;

You work full time in 3 shifts. You can count on:

• Salary between €2800 and €3000 per month plus a 15 percent shift bonus;
• Travel allowance of 0.23 cents per km;
• International work atmosphere;
