Through Actief Werkt!, you will work at Royal FloraHolland in Aalsmeer, the world's largest flower marketplace.
For more than 100 years, growers and buyers from around the globe have come together here to trade flowers and plants. Every day, millions of products pass through the auction, making it one of the most impressive logistics environments in the Netherlands.
You'll work alongside colleagues from different backgrounds in a team-oriented environment where cooperation, reliability, and job satisfaction are key.
Actief Werkt! also has its own office on-site, right next to the auction floor. This means support is always nearby whenever you need it.

As an Order Picker Flowers & Plants, you play an important role in one of the world's largest logistics operations. Every morning, millions of flowers and plants move through the auction. Your job is to make sure they arrive at the right location quickly, safely, and accurately.
Your day starts at 5:45 AM with a cup of coffee in the canteen. At 6:00 AM, the team leaders share the plan for the day, including the expected workload and finishing time. After that, you put on your headset, step onto your electric cart, and get to work.
The best part? Most shifts finish between 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM, leaving you with the rest of the day to enjoy.

What will you do?

• Transporting flowers and plants to the correct locations;
• Working with a headset that provides clear instructions;
• Driving an electric cart safely across the auction floor;
• Checking that products arrive at the right destination;
• Working together with colleagues to meet daily targets;
• Contributing to a fast and efficient logistics process;
• Maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

No experience? No problem. We will teach you everything you need to know.

• Are at least 18 years old;
• Are at least 1.65 meters tall;
• Speak and understand Dutch and/or English well;
• Are available for at least 3 mornings per week.

• Starting salary of €16.04 per hour;
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer;
• Full reimbursement of your public transport subscription when working more than 4 days per week;
