As Order Management Specialist for Western Europe & Poland, you'll be the linchpin between Customer Service, Operations, and the logistics teams. Orders are booked and processed—but your presence ensures that challenges in the processing flow are quickly noticed and addressed. You'll ensure that orders, inquiries, and complaints from all over Western Europe are handled correctly. You will receive tickets from our Customer Service department and collaborate with various departments, both in the Netherlands and abroad.
