Functieomschrijving
As an Order Picker, you play a key role in the logistics process. You make sure customer orders are picked quickly and accurately, properly packed, and prepared for shipment. But your work goes beyond that: when goods arrive, you assist with receiving, checking, and storing them in the warehouse. You also replenish stock, process returns, and handle special customer orders. Reach truck tasks may be part of your role too—no license required in advance—so there’s plenty of variety!
As a warehouse employee, you'll be working in a well-organized and safe environment alongside a dedicated and friendly team. Cleanliness, structure, and safety are second nature to you. And if you spot a way to improve safety or efficiency, you speak up—because you’re a team player who thinks along and takes initiative.
This role is based on a rotating shift schedule, keeping your days dynamic. One week you’ll work the morning shift from 06:00 to 15:00, and the next week you’ll take the afternoon/evening shift from 15:00 to 00:00. For this flexible schedule, you’ll receive a 15% shift allowance, which brings your total hourly wage to approximately €16.87 per hour.
