Where You’ll Work

Our A.S. Watson distribution center is located at Florijnstraat 4c in Oosterhout, easily accessible by car, scooter, or bike from surrounding cities such as Breda, Gilze, Dongen, and Tilburg.

You’ll be part of a diverse, international team where English is the common language spoken by both colleagues and team leaders. This ensures smooth communication during work and breaks.

Your Responsibilities

• Use a voice-picking system to collect orders quickly and accurately.
• Build safe, stable pallets, sometimes reorganizing items so heavier products are placed at the bottom.
• Achieve your daily targets while keeping your workspace clean and organized.

What to Expect

This is an active, hands-on role with plenty of variety. Some products are heavy, like laundry detergent, while others are light, like toothpaste. Every day brings a new challenge as a Logistiek Medewerker/ Orderpicker so it never gets boring!

• You work accurately, take initiative, and enjoy collaborating with your team.
• Flexibility is important, you’re available for two shifts from Monday to Saturday:
  • Morning: 06:00–14:00
  • Afternoon: 14:00–22:00
• You can work at least two Saturdays per month.
• You have your own accommodation and reliable transportation.
• Full-time or Parttime

What You’ll Earn

• Gross hourly wage (age 21+): €15.51 (including ADV allowance for up to 35 hours)
• Shift allowances (age 21+):
  • 20:00–22:00: +25% → €18.85 per hour
  • Saturday until 18:00: +30% → €19.56 per hour
  • Saturday after 18:00: +50% → €22.40 per hour
