The hourly wage starts at € 22.14 gross, with the possibility of earning more depending on your skills and background. As an Operator on the packaging line of our stroopwafel factory in Bergambacht, you play a key role in keeping production running smoothly. Your main responsibilities include setting up and adjusting the packaging machines as well as the chocolate unit, ensuring everything operates efficiently and without errors. When technical issues occur, you step in to solve them quickly and report any irregularities to the line manager or maintenance team.
In addition, you handle important administrative tasks such as logging production data, recording malfunctions, and documenting solutions. You’ll also contribute to improvement projects, participate in team meetings, and collect quality data. At all times, you follow HACCP standards, company procedures, and safety regulations.
You’ll be working with a modern, highly automated production line, where precision and teamwork are essential.
Working hours:This position runs on a 3-shift schedule from monday till friday
Morning shift: 07.00- 15.00
Afternoon shift: 15:00 – 23:00
Night shift: 23:00 – 07:00 (starting Sunday evening)

A starting salary of €15.93 gross per hour. With proven experience, a higher entry salary can be discussed
Evening & night shift bonuses:
Between 18:00 – 03:00 38% (€21.98 gross per hour)
Between 03:00 – 06:30 39% (€22.14 gross per hour)
