Our client is a successful, fast-growing, internationally operating food company based in Alkmaar. They specialize in the development, production, and filling of liquids in flexible packaging. Their broad range of products includes gels, liquid nutritional supplements, and functional drinks, catering to the sports, health, and care sectors.

With customers in over 20 countries – both within and outside Europe – the company collaborates with a diverse group of (A-)brand owners, ranging from SMEs to large multinationals. Thanks to their expertise and customer-focused approach, they have built a strong reputation in the market.

The team is characterized by a no-nonsense attitude, strong collaboration, and a hands-on mentality. Clear communication and swift decision-making are central to their way of working, with customer satisfaction as the top priority.

Currently, the company operates a day shift (08:00 - 17:00), but they will soon transition to a two-shift system:

• Morning shift: 06:00 - 15:00
• Afternoon/evening shift: 15:00 - 00:00

We are looking for someone who:

• Works efficiently and accurately.
• Is available to work in a two-shift system.
• Is motivated to contribute to the company's growth.
• Has a good command of Dutch or English.

• A gross hourly wage of €14.06.
• Additional pay for evening hours (15%) and weekends (50%).
