You will work at a large production company in the industry, based in Waalwijk. The company makes plastic products for different sectors. As a packing employee in Waalwijk, you play an important role in the production process. You make sure products are packed neatly and safely. You work full-time, 32 to 40 hours per week, in shifts with varying working hours. This keeps your days diverse. You’re part of a steady team with great colleagues. Together, you keep things running smoothly. Your workplace is clean and safe. You have a lot of contact with your coworkers and supervisor. There’s always room to ask questions and help each other out. You get clear instructions about your tasks, so you can start right away.

What does your day look like? You start your shift with a short handover. Then you check and collect the products. You check the quality and pack the products following the right instructions. You stack the packed products on pallets and make sure everything is ready for transport. In between, you keep your workspace clean and tidy. You work with different machines, but you’ll get good instruction for these. You work in shifts, so you have time off at different times and always have Sundays off. At the end of your shift, you hand over your work to the next team.
