We at IHCP are more than excited about our newest addition to our portfolio! Are you looking for a great new challenge in working on a great project; the opening of a dual branded property in The Hague?! Dual branded?! How that works? Well... Two different type of hotels in one building - all part of the biggest hospitality company in the world; Marriott International!This exciting new hotel with 311 rooms is currently built in the iconic Muzentoren – right in the city centre of The Hague. The two brands that will be respresented in this building are Moxy and Residence INN. We are opening in August of 2022 and are NOW looking for our first team members to come aboard!
BrandsMoxy is all about guests enjoying a free-spirited Instagram worthy place where they can have a drink in our bar or play a game in a playful environment. A great way of meeting new people and enjoying life at best! Self service is the best service, but don't worry, our bar is always open and ‘the crew' is ready on duty to serve!
Residence INN by Marriott on the other hand is an extended stay brand whereby our guests stay for longer periods of time. It is up to us to make them feel at home with our family of associates! Although their room has all the facilities they need for a longer stay, our associates are always there to help and assist guests in our Residence inn Lounge - the public living and working space. This is also where our Residence INN guests can enjoy their breakfast or a cocktail or have a chat with whoever they meet!

IHCP is looking for part-time Front Office Crew Members to join our Moxy & Residence Inn by Marriott hotel in the iconic Muzentoren, right in the heart of The Hague.Two brands, one building, 311 rooms. Part of Marriott International, the world's biggest hospitality company, our hotel opened in August 2022 and is proudly the largest hotel in The Hague.This role is perfect if you're studying, looking for a weekend, evening or night job, or simply don't want (or can't) work full-time but still want to be part of something big.Moxy is bold, playful and social, where guests grab a drink, play a game and connect.
Residence Inn is all about longer stays and feeling at home, with a lounge where guests live, work and relax.One shift you're in full Moxy mode, the next you're creating that warm Residence Inn welcome. Best of both worlds? Always. JOB DESCRIPTIONAs a part-time Front Office Crew Member, you are the host, the problem solver and the first impression our guests will remember.You're the welcoming force of the hotel, the FUN HUNTER, young at heart, playful and always ready to WOW.Your role includes:
- Creating exceptional guest experiences together with the team
- Processing guest check-ins and check-outs
- Confirming reservations, assigning rooms and activating key cards
- Handling payments and resolving late or disputed charges
- Answering and processing guest calls, messages and requests
- Providing directions and local recommendations
- Serving food & beverages when needed
- Keeping your work area clean, organized and HACCP-compliant
- Taking care of front office equipment
- Supporting the team and contributing to a positive work environment
- Sharing local tips and unique discoveries with guests
Job Requirements
JOB REQUIREMENTSYou:
- Are excited to work in a new and dynamic hotel in The Hague
- Communicate confidently in English (Dutch is a plus)
- Are a self-starter with a passion for hospitality
- Preferably have experience in a similar role (nice to have, not a must)
- Can work independently and take responsibility
- Are flexible to work evenings, weekends and/or night shifts
- Are looking for a part-time role
- Can provide two professional references
