Are you seeking a new challenge as an Executive Assistant Within an international environment in a beautiful office next to Amsterdam?

We are in search of a right-hand person for the CEO.
You will ensure smooth functioning and always be ready to assist.
As an Executive Assistant, you will be the linchpin, ensuring seamless communication between the CEO and involved parties, and meticulous record-keeping to ensure the CEO is always well-informed.
Responsibilities:

  • Maintain internal and external contacts, acting as the primary point of contact:
  • Prepare, organize, and take minutes of meetings:
  • Engage in various projects and manage administrative procedures:
  • Participation in international events:
  • Coordinate travel arrangements with the utmost accuracy and attention to detail:
  • Coordinate periodic meetings such as quarterly reviews, performance evaluations, and annual reviews.

Functie-eisen

You are a highly experienced Executive Assistant who seamlessly anticipates how to support a C-level stakeholder and ensures that everything runs smoothly.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience as an executive assistant:
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office 365:
  • Minimum HBO level of education:
  • Discretion and confidentiality.
  • Language proficiency:
  • Proficient in Dutch, English, and Korean, both spoken and written.
