Do you have experience as a pharmaceutical operator and are you looking for a new challenge? 

Do you have experience in the making of food or pharmaproducts? For a fast-growing, international pharmaceutical company in Almere, we are looking for a hands-on, motivated Operator who is ready to make a real impact. You will be fully trained inhouse for a specific department and become a key player in a smooth and efficient production process. You will operate high-tech machinery, follow strict GMP protocols and ensure that every product meets top quality standards. From filling and packaging to cleaning and inspections, you’ll do it all with precision and care. Your attention to detail and team spirit will help maintain a high level of GMP awareness across the production floor. And if something is not right? You’ll notice it right away and act on it. 

The perfect candidate for this role had extensice experience in a food or pharmaceutical production environment, had knowlegde of the GMP Protocols and is highly detail oriented. Furthermore it is important that you speak English, as this is the main language spoken within the company.     

Yoy will receive a direct contract with the company, it is not a temp job. We are looking for someone who is in for the longrun, as training for this position may take up 6 months to a year. You will get every change to develop and follow specific training and course to optimize your skillset. The company has a warm and relaxed atmosphere and is very open to international candidates. 

• Experience in the food or pharmaceutical sector is required;
• You have a keen eye for detail, are quality-focused, and follow instructions accurately;
• You have a good command of English, both spoken and written.

• A competitive gross monthly salary between €2.800,- and €3.400,- gross, depending on experience;
