About the Role
The company is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Product Developer to join the team. In this role, the candidate will be responsible for managing the development process across multiple product categories, ensuring high-quality standards, and collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Leads sourcing, research, and development activities across assigned product categories.
• Provides design input and advisory to support product innovation and feasibility.
• Manages product development timelines and maintains clear communication with suppliers.
• Collaborates cross-functionally with design, production, and merchandising teams.
• Ensures accurate data management and maintains high standards of information integrity.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sourcing, product development, or production within apparel.
• Strong product knowledge in circular knits, flatknits, woven shirts, and/or neckwear.
• Solid understanding of fabrics, trims, quality standards, and color approval processes.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and manage stakeholders.
• High level of data accuracy and organizational skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
