For an international fashion company headquartered in Amsterdam, we are looking for a detail-driven Product Launch Coordinator to support the smooth and timely launch of products across the web shop and online marketplaces.

In this role, you will work at the heart of eCommerce, coordinating product data, resolving onboarding issues and collaborating with multiple teams to ensure every product is accurate, complete and ready to sell. It is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in product data management who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment and is eager to grow within fashion eCommerce. The Position  

As Product Launch Coordinator, you play a key part in bringing seasonal collections to market across the web shop and online marketplaces. You work closely with the Product Launch Specialists and the wider eCommerce team to support the end-to-end product onboarding journey.

Using information from systems such as PLM and SAP, you coordinate the accurate enrichment and maintenance of product data in PIM. You help move each product through the launch process, ensuring it is complete, correctly presented and ready for customers to purchase online.

Through strong coordination and close attention to data quality, you contribute to smooth, timely collection launches and support the continued commercial success of the eCommerce business.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Coordinate seasonal and in-season product launches across the web shop and marketplaces, ensuring stock, pricing, imagery, content, attributes, categorisation and size mapping are accurate and ready for go-live.
• Investigate and resolve product onboarding issues, system bugs and data discrepancies across SAP, PIM, WCS and Tradebyte, working closely with Product Launch, Platform Operations and relevant stakeholders through JIRA.
• Gather and validate product information, improve launch workflows to reduce delays and revenue impact, and maintain bi-weekly assortment and readiness reports.
• Provide ongoing support to eCommerce teams, internal divisions and external partners throughout the product onboarding and launch process.

The Ideal Candidate has: 

• 1–2+ years of experience in product data management.
• Experience with eCommerce processes and platforms such as PIM, Informatica, Stibo or Tradebyte.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and confidence working with daily reports.
• Excellent organisation and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• High attention to detail and the ability to perform well under pressure.
• A collaborative, supportive team player with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and develop within fashion eCommerce.
