At The Slaak Rotterdam, we're working on a new concept by creating a social hub where the restaurant and bar are combined. In this setup, it's all about connecting people and focusing on fine dishes rather than fine dining. Therefore, we're looking for a General Manager who's continuing our story.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING
- Demonstrated success as a Hotel Manager or in a similar leadership position in the hospitality industry, ideally in one of the Marriott brands.
- Proven financial expertise, consistently surpassing financial objectives.
- Hands-on approach and a willingness to work closely with the team to ensure outstanding operational performance.
- Forward-thinking mindset, adept at identifying opportunities to elevate the guest experience.
- Outstanding leadership abilities, adept at mentoring and coaching, cultivating a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Experience in cluster management is advantageous.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a steadfast commitment to delivering the highest level of quality.
