Are you a hands-on go-getter looking for a new challenge? As a production employee in Tilburg at Saint-Gobain Cultilene, you’ll work a dynamic 36.65-hour workweek. Imagine this: your day starts with a team meeting where the tasks for the day are discussed. You assist in operating machines, check product quality, and ensure proper processing of the finished product. Feeling enthusiastic about what you’ve read so far? Are you a reliable, hardworking team player who enjoys creating great products together with a warm and close-knit team? Then you are someone who:

• Is looking for a full-time position (36.65 hours per week);
• Enjoys rolling up their sleeves and taking a hands-on approach;
• Is open to working in three shifts: 07:00–15:00 / 15:00–23:00;
• Works well as part of a team;
• Speaks Dutch and/or English;
• Has basic computer skills.

In return, you can count on:

• A competitive hourly wage of €14.71, excluding shift allowances; this increases with more experience.
• A shift allowance of 28% (€18.83 per hour) for the evening shift from 15:00 to 23:00;
• Weekly payment;
• A temporary position until March, with the possibility of extension until May;
