Our client is a leading manufacturer in the food industry, specializing in the production of high-quality bakery products. Every day, millions of consumers enjoy their delicious cookies and baked goods, which are supplied to supermarkets and retailers both domestically and internationally.

At this modern production facility, quality, food safety, and teamwork are at the heart of everything they do. Due to the growing demand for their products, our client is looking for motivated employees who want to contribute to an efficient production process. You will be part of a dynamic working environment where no two days are the same and where there are plenty of opportunities to gain valuable experience within the food manufacturing industry.

What will you do?

As a Production Employee, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks within the production process of different cookie and bakery products. You will work across various departments, supporting both the production and packaging teams.

Products manufactured at the facility include filled cookies, syrup waffles (stroopwafels), almond cookies, and other bakery products.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Operating and supporting the production line;
• Supplying raw materials and packaging materials;
• Monitoring and checking product quality;
• Placing and removing products on and from the production line;
• Packing finished products;
• Identifying and reporting malfunctions and deviations;
• Cleaning machines and maintaining a tidy work environment;
• Assisting colleagues where necessary.
• No two days are the same. Depending on production planning, you may be assigned to different areas within the manufacturing process, ensuring a varied and dynamic work environment.

What are we looking for?

• You are motivated and reliable;
• You are willing to work in a 3-shift rotation;
• You have your own accommodation and transportation;
• Experience in a production environment is an advantage, but not required;
• You work accurately and have a strong eye for quality;
• You are physically fit and enjoy hands-on work;
• You have a logical mindset and can adapt quickly when situations change;
• You remain calm under pressure and can perform well in a dynamic and sometimes fast-paced work environment;
• You are flexible and able to work both independently and as part of a team;
• You have a good command of English or at least a basic level of English proficiency.

Working Hours

You will work in a 3-shift rotation according to the following schedule:

• Night Shift: 11:15 PM – 7:00 AM
• Morning Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:15 PM
• Afternoon Shift: 3:15 PM – 11:15 PM

What do we offer?

• A gross hourly wage of €17.33;
• Attractive shift allowances;
• Full-time employment for a longer period, at least until the end of November;
