About the company: Our client is a modern, medium-sized company specializing in the design, development, sales, production, and installation of interior door and window frame systems. The production process is highly automated and takes place across several branches, where various products are manufactured, including: complete door sets, style/lacquer doors, HPL doors, steel frames, wooden window frames, sliding door systems, and hinges. You'll be working alongside 20 other Maintec employees who take pride in their craft — just like your future colleague!

We are seeking candidates for a Production role who can work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble components for doors and window frames.
• Set up, operate, and monitor machinery.
• Inspect the quality of materials and finished products.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Contribute ideas for process improvements and efficiency enhancements.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Experience in a similar production role, comfortable assembling products using the appropriate machines and tools.
• Technically skilled with a hands-on approach to work.
• Able to communicate effectively in English at B1/B2 level.
• Driving license (car) preferred — Maintec provides transport.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team in a production environment.

• Gross salary of €14,55 per hour;
• Resulting in a salary approximately between €450 and €480 netto per week based on a 40 hour working-week;
• A contract based on 40-hours with long-term intentions
• Possibility for working extra hours for extra income;
• Salary payments in accordance with Dutch laws and regulations.
• Building up your pension from the first day of work;
• You accumulate 20 vacation days with a full year of full-time work;
• 8.33% holiday allowance per year - paid in May.
