What will you do?

As a Production Employee, you will be part of the production process of chicken products. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that operations run smoothly while maintaining quality and hygiene standards.

Your tasks include:

• Processing and packing chicken products
• Checking quality and hygiene standards
• Operating and adjusting production machines
• Identifying and reporting process deviations
• Working together with colleagues in a 2-shift system

If you show responsibility and leadership potential, you will have the opportunity to grow into a Foreman role. In this position, you will manage a team and help ensure an efficient production process.

• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system;
• You speak Dutch or English;
• Physically fit and hands-on mentality;
• Strong sense of responsibility and ambition to grow;
• Experience in production or food industry is a plus.

• A contract with guaranteed fixed working hours;
• 1 month probation period;
• Followed by a 7-month contract;
• Opportunity to grow into Foreman;
