In this role, you will contribute to the production of high-quality medical products. You will perform precise production tasks, operate machinery according to established procedures, and help maintain a safe, clean, and organized working environment. Thanks to your commitment, products of the highest quality are delivered.

What do we offer you?

• Gross hourly wage of €15.50 per hour
• Salary increase to €16.00 or €16.50 per hour after 6 months
• Opportunity to grow to €18.50 per hour with long-term employment
• Working hours from 07:30 AM to 04:00 PM
• Overtime allowance of 125%
• Saturday allowance of 150%
• Sunday allowance of 180%
• Opportunity to receive a direct contract with the client after 6 months
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer
• One hour break per day, including 30 minutes paid
• Two weeks of company holiday in August

What will you do?

• Perform production activities for medical semi-finished and finished products
• Operate machines and tools according to established procedures
• Inspect products for quality and specifications
• Maintain a clean and organized workplace
• Identify deviations and suggest possible improvements
• Work in accordance with hygiene, quality, and safety regulations
• Contribute to an efficient and smooth production process

What do we ask from you?

• At least 1 to 2 years of experience in precision work or detailed assembly/production tasks
• Knowledge of procedures, work instructions, and quality standards within production environments
• Understanding of hygiene and quality requirements
• Experience with measuring instruments and setting up production processes is an advantage
• You work accurately and have a strong eye for detail
• You are a team player and enjoy contributing ideas for improvements
• Good command of the Dutch language or excellent English skills
