Our client is a large international logistics service provider with a location in Utrecht. This site specializes in processing returned deposit packaging such as plastic bottles and cans. Each day, thousands of bags are sorted and processed efficiently and sustainably. Safety, teamwork, and reliability are key values.

For our client in Utrecht, we are looking for motivated workers to join the Returns Department. In this role, your tasks will include:

• Unloading trucks filled with bags containing empty plastic bottles and cans
• Sorting the returned bottles and cans
• Preparing bags to be processed by sorting machines
• Opening bags at the machine, placing contents on the sorting line, and ensuring all barcodes are scanned
• Keeping the workspace clean and safe
• This is physically demanding work, performed in an environment with strong and specific smells (due to returned packaging).

• You are physically fit and willing to do heavy manual work
• You speak communicative English or Dutch
• You are available to work in 2 shifts (and in 3 shifts during busy periods)
• You can travel independently to the work location
• You are available on short notice
• You have your own accommodation and live within a 30 km radius of Utrecht

• €14.23 per hour, excluding shift allowances
• Additional pay for evening and night shifts
• Weekly salary payments
• Travel expense compensation
• Long-term employment with the possibility of being hired directly by the client
