As a production employee at VDL Bus, you fulfil an important role within the assembly department. Your main responsibilities are the professional assembly of various parts and the assembly of impressive buses.

Technical insight is very important here and we expect you to actively think along about possible improvements. As an enthusiastic engineering enthusiast, you will feel at home in an open working environment where cooperation is key.

At VDL Bus, you will always stay abreast of the latest technologies, enabling you to strive for top results and top quality in all areas of your work.

You will work from 7.00 am to 3.45 pm. It will therefore be day shifts.

Waar ga je werken?

At VDL Bus in Valkenswaard, you will be a part in the production of various types of buses. These include city buses, luxury coaches and VIP buses for domestic and international customers. You build these innovative buses using modern technologies.

Wat vragen wij?

• A vmbo/mbo diploma in technical subjects or work experience in a similar position.
• You are physically able to perform repetitive work and are precise. Even during stressful situations.
• Experience in gluing parts is a plus.
• You are able to understand technical drawings.
• A good knowledge of Dutch, German or English is required.

What do we offer?

• A salary from €2423 to €2851 gross per month, based on education and work experience. (paid weekly)
• Room to grow within VDL.
• You share in profit sharing.
• A travel allowance of €0.16 per kilometre with a maximum allowance of 45 km one way.
(rood) 8.33% holiday allowance and 25 days holiday (for full-time work).
