You will join a modern food production company that supplies supermarkets across the Netherlands with meat products and meal components.

The facility is clean, well-organized and equipped with modern machinery. You work in a fixed shift team of production workers and operators, where teamwork and reliability are key. The working culture is straightforward and focused: everyone contributes to keeping production running and quality high.

There are clear growth opportunities towards roles such as Operator, Senior Operator or Team Leader.

You will work in a modern and hygienic production facility where meat products and ready-to-use meal components are processed for major supermarkets. All ingredients arrive pre-prepared, allowing you to fully focus on the production process, quality control, and keeping the line running efficiently.

You are part of a fixed shift team and play an active role in monitoring the process. You quickly spot deviations, take action, and help ensure that production meets strict food safety standards at all times.

Your responsibilities:

• Support and operate the production process of meat products and meal components;
• Set up and control ovens and smoking equipment;
• Monitor production quality and output and adjust where needed;
• Carry out quality checks in line with HACCP standards;
• Identify and resolve deviations or minor issues during production;
• Maintain a clean, safe and hygienic workplace;
• Work closely with operators and your shift team.

• Fulltime available for a 2-shift schedule;
• Physically fit and comfortable with active work;
• Experience in production, preferably within food;
• Own transport to reach the location;
• Good command of the Dutch and/or English language due to safety requirements;
• Willing to work according to strict hygiene and HACCP standards.

• Salary between €2,347 and €2,846 gross per month (36 hours);
• Up to €3,450 gross per month including shift allowance (40 hours);
• 31.5% shift allowance for hours between 18:00 and 06:00;
• Fixed 2-shift schedule:
  Morning: 06:00 / 06:30 to 14:30 / 15:00
  Evening: 14:00 / 14:30 to 22:30 / 23:00;
• 25 vacation days and 8.33% holiday allowance;
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per km (from 10 km one way);
• Year-end bonus of 3.25%;
• Extra allowances for cold environments, hygiene procedures and changing time.
