Job Description
As a Production Team Leader in Ede, working day shifts, you will be responsible for a team of approximately 15 production employees. You will earn a salary starting from €4,000 per month. Read on below to find out exactly what your responsibilities will be.

You work for a startup focused on mosquito control. Your main responsibilities involve overseeing a mixing machine and various packaging machines. As the Production Team Leader, you manage a team of approximately 15 employees per shift. In total, around 40 to 50 temporary workers are employed.What will you do?
- Coordinate, train, and lead production team members.
- Conduct performance and appraisal reviews.
- Ensure production targets are achieved.
- Report directly to the Managing Director.
- Collaborate closely with the Managing Director, the Technical Department, and other key stakeholders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.

Who are you?
- You have relevant work experience as a Teamleader in production.
- You live in or close to Wageningen.
- You have experience in conducting performance and assessment interviews.
- You have experience with planning & coordination.
- You have a technical background or have experience with process optimization.
- You speak and write English.

- A gross monthly salary between €4,000 and €5,200.
- Travel expense reimbursement of €0.23 per kilometer for distances over 5 km.
- Pension accrual through the StiPP pension scheme.
- Working day shifts, with approximately one Saturday shift per month. An evening shift until 9:00 PM once every 3–4 weeks.
- The option to choose between weekly or four-weekly salary payments.
