You will work at a company in the plastics industry in Hoogeveen. The team consists of about 60 colleagues. They make plastic semi-finished and finished products. As a production worker, you work full-time in a 3-shift system. You earn between €15.24 and €16.41 per hour, excluding a shift allowance of 18.5%. Night shifts start on Sunday. Every week, you rotate to a different shift. You work on a line where plastic pipes are made. You monitor the production process and make sure everything runs smoothly.

During your shift, you check the quality of the pipes. You make sure the products are processed properly, so logistics can ship them. You try to solve malfunctions yourself. You keep your workplace clean and tidy. You can read technical drawings and follow safety rules carefully.
