The company specializes in the production and sale of filter pumps for ponds. The products are mainly distributed through dealers. At the production site, you’ll work in a small, informal team of six people. The working atmosphere is practical and approachable, and new employees receive thorough on-the-job training.

For a manufacturing company in the region, we are looking for a production worker who is eager to learn and perform plastic welding. You will work in a small team and receive internal training. Within approximately two weeks, you are expected to have mastered the basics of welding. This role requires technical skills and physical effort.

Your tasks will include:

• Welding plastic components in a production environment
• Using a utility knife (Stanley knife) when necessary

• Performing welding tasks in occasionally awkward positions (e.g., stepping into a container to make a weld)

• You are practical and technically skilled (a hands-on mentality)
• You are available full-time (40 hours per week)
• You speak Dutch, English, or German (for communication on the work floor)
• You are in good physical condition
• Your working hours are Monday to Friday, 07:30 – 16:30

• Experience with plastic or metal welding and working in a production environment is a plus

• Employment contract in accordance with the Dutch small metal collective labor agreement (cao Klein Metaal)
• Starting salary from €2,660 gross per month (full-time), higher depending on relevant experience
• Internal training and guidance

• A full-time position within a small, close-knit team
