As a Production Worker, you’ll work 32 to 40 hours per week, preferably full-time, in a modern production and logistics environment. You’ll work day shifts, giving you the benefit of having your evenings free.

Together with your colleagues, you’ll make sure products are prepared on time and meet the required quality standards for customers throughout the Netherlands. Your accuracy and dedication directly contribute to a smooth production process and excellent service.

Your day starts with a short briefing, after which you’ll work together with your team to complete daily tasks. You’ll sort, pack, and inspect products while ensuring that your workplace remains clean, safe, and organized.

Your responsibilities

• Sorting, packing, and checking products.
• Inspecting products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Keeping the workplace clean and organized.
• Working together with colleagues to achieve daily targets.
• Supporting improvements in production processes.

You’ll work in an international environment with colleagues from different backgrounds. Basic knowledge of English or Dutch is helpful.

• Minimum VMBO level of education and thinking or equivalent.
• Experience in production, logistics, or warehouse work is an advantage.
• You speak basic English or Dutch.
• You work accurately and in an organized way.
• You are flexible, motivated, and willing to take initiative.
• You live within 40 km of Gorinchem.

• Competitive salary starting at €16.34 gross per hour (18+).
• Prefer an all-in salary? Earn €17.57 gross per hour, including holiday pay.
