The organization where you come to work is specialized in custom-made solutions for the automotive and industrial sector. 

Using modern machinery and a streamlined production process, the company focuses on delivering high-quality products with a strong emphasis on precision, flexibility, and efficiency.

As part of the press department, you will work together with a team of six colleagues to produce custom-made sandwich panels. You transform individual raw materials into a finished product by following technical production drawings and ensuring accurate positioning and bonding of materials. 

Your responsibilities include:

• Emptying, cleaning, and preparing press tables
• Preparing and placing raw materials for production
• Producing custom-made sandwich panels
• Keeping the workplace clean and safe
• Operating an overhead crane to move panels within the department

In this role as production worker metal, attention to detail and technical insight are essential.

• Ability to work accurately and precisely
• Sufficient technical understanding
• Ability to read production drawings (or willingness to learn)
• Strong team player
• Ability to communicate in Dutch or English

For all your hard work and commitment, you will receive:

• A starting salary of €2.837,- gross per month based on a 40-hour workweek
• Salary increase to €2.898,- gross per month after 4 weeks
• Stable full-time schedule (40 hours per week)
