You will work for a specialized producer of prefab concrete elements, part of a larger national group. The location is small-scale, which creates a warm and supportive team atmosphere. They produce both standard and custom-made concrete products, such as sills, lintels, walls, and balcony slabs.

Your tasks:

You will work independently and within a close-knit team. Your daily work includes:

• Building and adjusting wooden elements;
• Placing reinforcement and embedded parts;
• Pouring and demolding concrete;
• Finishing and checking the concrete elements before transport.

You work based on drawings and clear instructions. No experience yet? We are happy to teach you everything you need.

• Motivation and a positive attitude;
• Ability to read technical drawings (or willingness to learn);
• Experience in production is a plus, not a requirement.

• Salary between € 2,594 and € 2,892 gross per month (40 hours, depending on experience);
• Day shift from 06:00 to 15:00;
• Guaranteed year-end bonus of 3.5%;

• Travel allowance: € 0.23 per km up to 30 km one way, above that a daily allowance;
