You will be working at a leading family-owned company in Ruinerwold that has specialized for many years in the processing and packaging of olives and Mediterranean delicacies. With a strong focus on quality, food safety, and sustainability, this company supplies well-known supermarkets, wholesalers, and the hospitality industry both domestically and internationally.

What will you do?

As a production worker, you’ll be responsible for various tasks within the olive production process, such as:

• Sorting, packaging, and labeling olives;
• Performing quality checks;
• Operating machinery and identifying minor malfunctions;
• Keeping your workspace clean and organized.

You’ll work in a 2-shift schedule, specifically:

• Morning shift: 05:00 – 14:00
• Afternoon/evening shift: 14:00 – 22:00

• You are reliable, physically fit, and ready to get to work;
• You enjoy working both in a team and independently;
• You have your own transport to reach the location in Ruinerwold (early shift start!);
• Experience in production is a plus, but not required.

• A starting wage of €14.06 gross per hour;
• After 12 worked weeks, your wage increases to €15.52 gross per hour (excluding shift allowances);
• Additional shift allowances on top of your hourly wage according to the collective labor agreement (CAO);
• A pleasant work environment with supportive colleagues;
