As a Production Worker, you will be responsible for producing, assembling, and preparing premium cushions and mattresses for shipment. You work in a structured and precise manner and enjoy being physically active. You ensure a clean workspace, support logistics tasks, and enthusiastically take on various production duties. Your main responsibilities include:

• Assembling and packing cushions and mattresses;
• Sewing inner covers;
• Moving, packing, and unpacking materials;
• Preparing and collecting orders;
• Loading and unloading goods.

You are an enthusiastic team player who takes initiative and works responsibly. You are precise, flexible, and eager to take on new tasks quickly. You also bring:

• Some experience in production or logistics;
• Sewing experience is a plus;
• Good command of the Dutch or English language;
• A structured, eager-to-learn, and proactive work attitude.

These employment conditions are based on a full-time 38-hour workweek. You can expect:
