You will join a well-known international company specializing in conveyor belt solutions. The Echt facility uses modern machines and materials and has a close-knit, informal team. Despite being part of a global organization, the local atmosphere is approachable, collegial, and friendly.

As a Confectioning Operator for Conveyor Belts, you are responsible for producing, processing, and finishing high-quality conveyor belts. This specialist work requires precision: you work to the millimeter and use techniques such as punching, sealing, and heat or high-frequency pressing. You will operate machines or perform manual preparatory and finishing tasks at workstations. Quality, attention to detail, and craftsmanship are central to this role.

Your top 3 responsibilities are:

• Perform various production tasks such as punching, sealing, and pressing
• Conduct quality checks on conveyor belts and materials
• Operate machines and carry out preparatory and finishing tasks

You bring technical insight and a precise work ethic. Additionally, you have:

• MBO-level education or equivalent
• Good command of English (both spoken and written)
• Experience in production or the conveyor belt industry is a plus
• Strong sense of responsibility and a positive, motivated attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Based on a 40-hour workweek in day shifts, you can expect:

• Gross monthly salary between €2,525 and €3,300
• 7-month contract with potential for permanent employment
• 26 vacation days and travel allowance of €0.23/km from 0.1 km
