Are you detail-oriented, quality-driven, and do you enjoy working with fresh products? For a modern and growing company in Horst, specialized in sorting and packaging blueberries, we are looking for a Quality Control Employee.
In this role, you play an important part in ensuring the quality of incoming and outgoing products. You work with modern technologies, including AI-driven sorting machines, and ensure that only products of the highest quality reach the customer.

What do we offer?

• A gross hourly wage between €16.64 and €19.41 depending on experience
• 25% shift allowance for evening shifts between 19:00 and 23:00
• Varied working hours from 06:00 to 14:00 or from 11:45 to 20:00
• During peak season, possible work until 23:00
• Travel allowance
• Prospect of a permanent contract

What will you do?

• Inspecting and registering incoming and outgoing blueberry batches
• Performing visual and physical quality checks
• Taking samples and conducting shelf-life tests
• Recording results in the quality registration system
• Ensuring hygiene and quality standards on the work floor
• Identifying deviations and suggesting improvements
• Working with modern AI-driven sorting machines
• Collaborating with production, logistics, and sourcing departments

What do we ask from you?

• Minimum MBO (vocational) level of education
• Affinity with fresh products and quality control
• Good command of Dutch and English
• Knowledge of Polish is a plus
• Independent and accurate working attitude
• Strong communication skills
• Flexible mindset and willingness to work rotating day shifts
• Available for 40 hours per week
