Do you have a strong eye for detail, and do you enjoy working with food products? For a client in the Venlo area, we are looking for a motivated Quality Controller. You will join an international company operating in the food industry, where quality, sustainability, and teamwork are key.

What will you do?

• Inspect the quality of incoming, stored, and outgoing Food Industry on a daily basis;
• Monitor and maintain quality standards throughout the production process;
• Inform departments about quality-related issues and inspection results;
• Decide whether products are approved, rejected, or partially usable;
• Handle administrative processing and quality reporting;
• Support and coach colleagues during weighing and packing activities;
• Supervise the correct quality of products during production;
• Carry out final inspections for important customer orders;
• Work closely with departments such as Production, Logistics, Supply Chain, and Sales;
• Contribute ideas and improvements for the quality inspection process.

What will you bring

• Experience in quality control or quality inspection is a plus;
• A critical eye and a positive working attitude;
• Affinity with fresh food products;
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills;
• A structured and accurate way of working;
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
• Good command of the English language (minimum B1 level), Speaking Dutch or Polish is a plus.
