As a reach truck driver in Waddinxveen, you work full-time, 40 hours per week. You move pallets with alcoholic products and place them in racks. You sit on the reach truck all day. The aisles are narrow and the warehouse is busy, so you need to stay alert. You work in a large warehouse with colleagues around you. You are responsible for placing pallets safely and neatly at height. This makes the job both challenging and varied.
Your workday starts in either the morning or afternoon shift. You start up your reach truck and collect pallets. You drive through the warehouse, watch out for other drivers, and make sure everything is put in the right place. You work carefully and stay calm, even when it's busy. You drive cautiously because you work with valuable products at height.
