Full-time | Shift work | €15.00 – €19.00 per hour + allowances

For our client Waterfront B.V. (part of Snel Logistic Solutions) in Weert, we are looking for a motivated Forklift / Reach Truck Driver.

What will you do?

As a forklift/reach truck driver, you are part of the operations team in the warehouse. You ensure that goods are handled safely, accurately, and efficiently.

Your tasks include:

• Loading and unloading trucks
• Operating a forklift and (if applicable) a reach truck
• Moving and stacking pallets
• Checking goods for quality, quantity, and damage
• Registering goods in the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Preparing and processing trailer lists
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workplace
• Reporting deviations, damage, or issues
• •Supporting other warehouse activities when needed

We ask:

• 1–2 years of forklift experience (preferably with double forks)
• Valid forklift certificate
• Reach truck certificate (preferred)
• Experience with a terminal tractor (Terberg)
• Experience in a warehouse/logistics environment
• Experience with order picking and stock handling
• Knowledge of WMS systems
• Good communication skills in English or Dutch
• Strong focus on safety and quality
• •Flexible and proactive attitude

Working hours & allowances

•Full-time (40 hours per week)

Shift options:

• 3-shift system → 13.75% allowance (preferred)
• 2-shift or day shift → 8.75% allowance
• Night shifts only also possible

Extra:

• Work on Saturday morning (Friday night shift): +50% allowance
• Collective labor agreement: Dutch Transport (CAO Beroepsgoederenvervoer)
