Are you an experienced recruiter who enjoys working in a dynamic, international environment? Do you want to play a key role in attracting top talent and delivering an excellent candidate experience? For a 6-month maternity cover, we are looking for a skilled In-House Recruiter to strengthen the Talent Acquisition team. This is a great opportunity to make real impact while working in a collaborative and professional setting.

Employment agency Manpower is looking for a Recruiter for a company based in The Hague.

As an In-House Recruiter, you are responsible for the full recruitment cycle for head office roles, mainly within Sales and Service. These positions are primarily based in The Hague, with occasional recruitment for field-based roles. Your responsibilities include:
  • Partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements and recruitment strategies
  • Writing clear and attractive job descriptions and job advertisements
  • Actively sourcing candidates through multiple channels such as direct sourcing, social media and networking
  • Building and maintaining talent pools for future vacancies
  • Screening CVs and conducting initial interviews by phone or video
  • Coordinating interviews and maintaining clear communication with candidates
  • Ensuring a positive candidate experience aligned with the employer brand
  • Managing the offer process, including negotiations and compliance checks
  • Working closely with HR, Payroll and other stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding
  • Keeping recruitment data up to date in the Applicant Tracking System (Workday)
  • Reporting on recruitment metrics and KPIs
  • Supporting recruitment-related administrative tasks and contributing to talent acquisition projects

Functie-eisen
  • Fluency in both English and Dutch (spoken and written)
  • Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday is a plus)
  • Ability to assess both technical and soft skills
  • Resilient, solution-oriented and comfortable working with KPIs and deadlines
  • Experience in a similar industry is an advantage, but recruiters from other backgrounds are also welcome
