FunctieomschrijvingAs a Repair Technician, your main responsibility will be inspecting, repairing, and reconditioning high-tech industrial packaging components, ensuring they meet high quality standards. You will work with systems used to protect sensitive equipment during transport and storage in a technical and organized environment. You will work in a two-shift system from Monday to Friday: 06:00 – 15:00 and 15:00 – 00:00. Main Responsibilities:
- Inspect, repair, and maintain high-tech industrial packaging
- Work with mechanical and structural packaging components
- Replace damaged or worn parts accurately
- Read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions
- Register repairs and quality control data in computer systems
- Perform small carpentry tasks (sanding, replacing parts, touch-ups)
- Use manual and electric tools during the repair process
- Operate lifting equipment when necessary
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workplace
Functie-eisen- Experience in a production environment, assembly, or technical roles
- Manual dexterity and confidence using tools
- Basic computer skills (task registration / systems)
- Attention to detail and sense of responsibility
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Motivation to learn and develop technical skills
- Intermediate English level (or basic technical English)
- Availability to work full-time and, if necessary, in shifts
- Driving license is an advantage
- European Union citizenship (mandatory)
Arbeidsvoorwaarden- Gross salary: €15.13 per hour + 18% shift allowance
- Weekly net income: approximately €480 – €500, according to Dutch labor legislation
- Full-time contract with long-term opportunities
- Overtime possibilities for additional income
- Weekly payment, including pension accrual from day one
- 25 vacation days per year (20 paid vacation days + 5 paid weekly with salary)
- 8% holiday allowance paid weekly with salary

- Daily transport from accommodation to work and back provided
