Are you ready to elevate dining experiences to the next level? Does luxury hospitality run through your veins? Then the Amstel Hotel is looking for you! As our Restaurant Manager, you will take charge of the iconic Amstel Restaurant, ensuring every guest enjoys a world-class luxury experience that blends tradition with innovation.Responsibilities:
- Orchestrate all operations on the restaurant floor, ensuring smooth and efficient service during breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
- Lead and mentor a dynamic team, training employees to meet the highest standards of luxury hospitality.
- Streamline processes to improve both efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with chefs to craft an innovative menu that reflects current trends and guest preferences.
- Directing, coaching, and developing a team of committed hospitality professionals
- Manage schedules, monitor the restaurant's budget, and review guest feedback to continually enhance operations.
- Work closely with the Marketing team to develop strategies that position the Amstel Restaurant as a top dining destination.
Requirements
- A team player and a strong team leader with a passion for luxury hospitality.
- Strong communication skills, flexibility, and an eye for detail.
- Knowledge of the Dutch and international culinary scene, with the ambition to set new standards in luxury dining.
