Inmiddels zijn wij niet meer weg te denken uit Amsterdam-West. Met achttien verdiepingen heb je vanuit ons hotel een spectaculair uitzicht over de hele stad. Op de 17e verdieping vind je Floor 17. Hier kun je op 85 meter hoogte genieten van de lekkerste cocktails en gerechten. As Restaurant Manager of Floor17, you are responsible for the daily operation and performance of the restaurant. You lead your team, ensure excellent service and create unforgettable guest experiences.You are hands-on, commercially driven and always looking for ways to improve quality, efficiency and results. Together with the kitchen team, you continuously strengthen the concept and elevate the guest journey.You coach and motivate your team, create a positive working environment and take ownership of planning, targets and performance.
FLOOR17Floor17 is a unique concept: a restaurant and sky bar in one, with of course the highest roof terrace in Amsterdam. The concept is trendy unique: a love story about food and drink. We only choose the best and most responsible products. The fish comes from our own North Sea, the meat from the Vechtdal, the bread is from Amsterdam and spices from far and wide. Floor17 has the highest rooftop terrace in Amsterdam and is known among our guests for its rooftop movie nights, the highest skating and curling rink in the Netherlands, great events and the best cocktails. In addition, there is also the possibility to meet with us at a great height in our five Sky Lounges. Job Requirements
WHAT MAKES YOU THE PERFECT ADDITION TO OUR TEAM?
- You have completed a relevant MBO or HBO education
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial F&B role
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Commercial and results-driven mindset
- Hands-on, flexible and stress-resistant
- Passion for hospitality and guest experience
