Role Overview:
As an Exclusive Sales and Marketing Specialist, you will assume a pivotal role in nurturing and expanding our client's partnerships with premium re-sellers across Europe. Your responsibilities will encompass staying attuned to market trends, passionately presenting our client's products tailored to their target audience, devising bespoke sales and marketing strategies, and meticulously managing these invaluable partnerships. Reporting directly to the Sales and Marketing Manager, you will collaborate closely with our client's product development team to provide insights into sports market trends and customer preferences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain productive relationships with premium re-sellers across Europe
- Monitor sales progress and execute a results-driven marketing strategy
- Collaborate with the product development team to align products with market trends
- Manage efficient sales channels and cultivate direct customer relationships
- Plan and execute marketing strategies in volleyball, football, and basketball
- Support various events organized by the organization and its partners
- Foster a culture of teamwork and mutual respect within and outside the organization
- Demonstrate patience, stress resistance, and adaptability in challenging situations
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Basic knowledge of WordPress and WooCommerce is preferred
- Other duties related to the sales and marketing function.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in both Dutch and English is essential
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and marketing within the sports industry (desirable)
- Possess a wealth of experience and skills tailored to B2B interactions within the international retail sector
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and expanding market share
- Strong knowledge of the sports and sports retail markets, as well as digital marketing
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within Europe
- Experience with Salesforce is advantageous.
