Functieomschrijving

As a sales representative germany, you are the main point of contact for German clients and manage the entire order process from start to finish. You work full-time, usually from Monday to Friday during office hours. This position offers plenty of opportunities for career advancement and training to further develop your commercial and customer-oriented skills. It is a permanent position with the possibility to work partly from home.


You start your working day by checking incoming orders and customer inquiries. Next, you coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth order process. You maintain daily contact with clients, advise them on products, and make sure offers and prices match their needs and budgets. You also follow up on shipments, arrange export documentation, and handle complaints in cooperation with the sales team.

Functie-eisen

  • At least mbo working and thinking level, preferably hbo
  • Excellent command of the German and English language, both spoken and written
  • At least 2 years of relevant commercial work experience
  • Experience with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Knowledge of export procedures and documentation is a plus
